• Analyze of clients budget with desired outcome in mind.
• Design and specifications consideration
• Discuss scheduling
• Professional service agreement signed
• Conceptual drawings/sketches in-house or with a licensed architect and/or engineer as required
• Preliminary cost estimate
• Refining the plan – more details and specification or changes made
• Specific choices of materials, products and colors made by client
• Finial working drawings – elevations and floor plans, following all building codes
• Finalize construction budget with draw schedule
• Construction contract signed
• Permits obtained for jobsite through city offices
• Construction start date
• Clean up of jobsite is done on a daily basis
